Meet Samaira,
our Founder.
Driven by her dream of becoming a business owner and her passion for outstanding service, Samaira brought Oceana to life. As the community of entrepreneurs, small business owners, and freelancers in Caguas continued to grow—and with few spaces truly built to support them—she set out to create a place that offered real solutions to help them develop their businesses efficiently.
Since opening its doors in 2017, Oceana has remained committed to providing each member with a welcoming space and the opportunity to connect, grow, and build a strong, supportive business network.
